I purchased auto parts , tuner, and tunes on February 13,2026. Received parts but not tunes for tuner which make vehicle not able to drive. Tuner cost was 1349.15 with tunes. I have contacted their email several times asking for the tune. Still no luck. There is no phone number associated with them. I contacted PayPal with no luck either.
