Order from Shein was handed to scam carrier speed x

I ordered from shein and when I checked the tracking the company said speed x. I have had problems with this company before as they never delivered my package but made multiple false claims that they did. I immediately looked up reviews to see if maybe they have become better at their jobs but apparently more than 400 people have reported them and said they too have never received their package or the carrier just left their package anywhere or delivered it to a completely different address other than their own. I reached out to shein to see if I could change my delivery carrier but they told me that it had already been sent out to them and I let them know that they were a scam, but all they did was a show me that my package will be delivered on time which is obviously not true, considering the facts. I wanted to reach out ahead of time, just in case they try to lie and say that they delivered my things falsely or try to say that I was at home. The order total was $65.
