I was approached by a recruiter via email. He told me that there was a job opportunity in Calgary with an insurance company. They gave me the name of their client and the job description of the position. They asked me a couple of questions regarding the requirements of the employment opportunity. Everything seemed fine until they asked me for my pay stubs. The email seemed legit and the website was well-designed, but I noticed that every time I called that number, they called me back from a different number. I contacted their client, and they told me that they had not heard of a company called SpectraForce. They do not have a current contract with them, as a result, I concluded that this was a SCAM even though everything looked genuine and legit. I also read reviews that confirmed that this company is a SCAM.

I was given job information for Abbvie in Irvine. The individual identifying herself as Neetika Chahaun obtained day and month of birth and last three digits of my social security number.

Gave locations of close jobs hiring and asked for DOB and SSN via email and phone for so-called job recruitment purpose. Ghosted after giving info. At risk of stolen personal information.

The company spectraforce is a staffing company. They have went as far as to give me a drug test, made me do a background check and also screening check through Nationwide Screening Services. The company I was chosen to work for is Cencora. Ive had two interviews through them also.
