I have an email thread with this company. It first started out about replacing my order because it was never delivered. Then the second order was never delivered. Then I was told I would get a refund in 15 to 25 days. That was 101 days ago. Still haven’t received it. Still get the same generic generated reply’s.

I seen an ad on tic tok and went to the website. I looked thru the items and picked out whay I wanted. I made the payment and was they wrote my order would be here in 3-4 business days. They sent tracking information and said it was delivered. It has not been delivered.
