This company charged my debit card 19.96 and I do not remember ordering anything from Smile Guard but it came out of my debit card, which ultimately is my checking account with my credit union. I did not order any such thing. My guess is after I got a call and returned the call from the Fraud unit and I deny ever ordering anything from Smile Guard. I got a welcome from Smile Guard, yet I did not subscribe to any Smile Guard. I do not know if someone impersonated me or what. The debit card was in my possession, I never gave it or lent it to anyone. I am greatly inconvenienced and have to get a new card now. $19.96 does not sound like much, but I still would like a refund from the company, yet I am skeptical. I wonder if someone just had a random ability to use the number to my card. I don't know.
