The company sent me a broken laptop. It was warped and did not boot up. I contacted Amazon to get a return authorization and shipping address. The business included the RMA and address with the proviso that I pay less than $30.00 via either USPS or UPS. I used UPS and paid $22.16. The broken laptop was delivered to the business address. The scammer told Amazon that iy would return the sales tax and $0.01 to my credit card. It was keeping the $709.99 as a restocking fee.
