This is at Christmas time, our system is overloaded. Hope you can understand. Sorry again about this late.

I sent another request on December 9th, with no reply. I just sent another request for an update on when I should receive the quilt. I looked up the company on a site called SCAMWITNESS.COM. There are many recent negative comments about Sleepious.com. Some people never got the product they ordered or if they did receive an order it was not to the standard that was advertised or not at all what they ordered.
It is now December 18 and still have not heard a reply. I have since filed a report to Paypal but I still have not heard anything.
