There's a rental ad for a house on multiple sites I'm looking to rent and they told me to pay app fee and set up meeting to view property and then told me to pay deposit to secure my spot with the property and then ask for first month rent and I asked why am I paying all this and I haven't even viewed the property and then they told me they will refund me and never did and stopped answering the phone and they sent me emails of receipt and lease but I never received keys or call after that.
