I ordered an inflatable pool for my daughter from a Facebook ad. The company sent a mini splash pad which was not the correct item. I contacted them several times since April trying to rectify the situation and continued to get excuses. They did try to get me to use a gift certificate which would make me spend more money in their shop to be reimbursed after. I refused as it felt like a scam. They have yet to refund me after several attempts.
