I placed an order off the website which guaranteed returns for up to 365 days. The product was allegedly made with quality silk products. When it came in the mail it was very clearly made with polyester and not the grade 6A silk they promise on the website. When trying to initiate a return for a refund the email service refused to give me the instructions on how to complete the return process and consistently avoided my prompts for the information. The return service doesn't actually exist and people will not get their money back.
