Call from a local number 8084806221 message left about a claim with claim number to be done against me. Call 8444691475. I called. I was advised I have a summons being sent to my address for a credit card company from 2006. I did not remember that far back. She said I can pay in full or make a payment plan monthly, the least amount is 50.00 with a credit card or debit card. I asked for information she said it would be emailed with a sign document site, complete all send back soon. She said if not, I would have a summon person come to my home by Wednesday. I have not sent in the document for them, so I may or may not be served by them. I called back to speak to the representative I spoke with, on hold for a while, Hung up got a call from another number 951-221-9824 claiming to be that person boss. I asked for address & email from them, She said it was on the sign document sent to me. I call the credit card company they have listed in the email document, I am not in their system showing my information. Not sure if I am or not. But I will wait, the credit card company does not have me at all. Taking a risk, but I am not sure about this.

Same kind of scam happening to me. Same address same phone number. Looked up the address and it's a UPS store in LA. Don't sign anything and just block them or ignore them. If there going to send you a summons they will just do so. They won't tell you before hand.
