The scammer targeted me on Instagram. I sent some questions to customer service about the shoe size in advance. I told them I was going to get two sizes to find the best fit and that I would decide on the best fit when I received them. Neither fit as I have a narrow foot. I have been trying for weeks to return them with very little customer service outreach. I finally got an email, and they said I could return the shoes, but they would not pay for shipping. Since they were in Vernon (close to my city), I knew the cost wouldn't be more than $12. I was confused when I got the following email saying that I had to send them back to the UK. Googling the return shipping, it came out to close to $70. Nowhere on their website does it say they are in London? This bot keeps responding to me, and I am frustrated and out $119.00, and I am so upset. Can you please help me resolve this so that I can return the shoes and get my money back?
