Ordered a dish drainer on July 5. After several weeks, I contacted their support dept. I was told it was going through “customs” and it could take a while. I followed the tracking until it showed that it had reached my state of Oklahoma and then the tracking disappeared. I have contacted them weekly since that time and am always told it was “on its way”. Still have not received it.
