I purchased a $300 dress from an online vendor who markets custom clothing on social media. The seller took my payment and never sent the item. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. After the transaction, I discovered numerous TikTok videos and public posts from other victims stating this individual repeatedly accepts money and never delivers products. This appears to be a long-running scam. I am requesting this case be investigated, as this seller is continuing to collect payments under false pretenses from customers across the country.
