The shop from ShopFlexWrap.com is selling a knee strap, but they charge the product, and a $149.99 subscription fee every month. I lost $242.99 in total.

I ordered a knee brace with flexwrap from ShopFlexWrap.com for $9.99. Two days later I see a payment withdrawn for $49.99 which I never agreed to. I immediately email the company at [email protected] and I get an AI automated message which agrees to reimburse the “membership cost” of $49.99 I NEVER AGREED TO NOR DID I SEE before check out. Since March 15, 2026 I’ve been trying to get a refund for the $49.99 and has yet to receive this product! Also I saw the advertisement for the knee brace on FACEBOOK!!!!

Was trying to buy a knee strap from shopflexwrap.com which was promising in the commercial on FB and paid for it and didnt receive them plus they charged 149.99$ as a membership fee etc. The total I lost was $188.

I ordered a flexwrap knee brace from ShopFlexWrap.com for $29.99. I wad charged a $49.99 warranty fee days later then a $149.99 membership fee that same day. I have not received my product or shipping info. I emailed the company at [email protected], they stated they processed a refund that will take 2-3 business days. Its been 4 business days and nothing. In total, I lost $229.97.
