I ordered an outlet extension from an ad on Facebook on July 1, 2026. On July 14, 2026 I contacted them for tracking information as the tracking service, Shop, didn’t show my order. I received a link to track my order on another site, track.myordercare.co. It shows tracking, including multiple failed delivery attempts and rerouting due to scanning errors. I have still not received my order and they told me that they can’t issue a refund while the package is still in transit. The tracking isn’t in real time and is only a representation of tracking for similar orders. It shows multiple agents on duty with a quick response time however there’s no way to actually contact them. I have contacted my bank to initiate a dispute and plan to report this company to the FBI IC3 internet fraud reporting system.
