I bought a pair of shoes on this website at the beginning of March. Right after I paid, they told me they would inform me when the shoes were shipped. However, two weeks have passed, and I haven't received any updates. I sent over 20 emails to the email address they provided, but they've read them and haven't replied. Knowing that this brand is from China, I contacted customer service in China and was told that they don't have a website in the United States, so it was a scam. I really hope I can get my money back because that money was for my living expenses. I had been saving by cutting back on my spending, and now I feel heartbroken to have been scammed.
