I applied for a job on Indeed. The link took me to a website where I had to fill out a form. About 10 minutes later, I received a call and answered a few questions before being informed that I received the job. I then received an email with onboarding documents, including tax forms to complete along with a detailed job description. About 4 days later I received an email saying I would receive my first package. I never received a package or email back regarding the job.

My husband received an email from Kira Ritter stating that they had found his resume in Indeed and that he had all the qualifications they were looking for. They sent him an application for him to fill out and he completed it and sent it back. Days later he received another emailed telling him he was approved for the position of Amazon Warehouse Coordinator. My husband was excited but at the same time had a lot of questions about the job so he tried calling Kira Ritter, his "supervisor" but that's when things started getting suspicious. The phone number didn't even ring. My husband googled the company and found a website that was basically what she had explained in her email but the phone number in the website didn't work either. We tried to find her online and there are a lot of Kira Ritters but no one that matches her association to ShipRepeat. In her emailed she gave my husband access to an Online Panel for further communication so my husband sent her a message asking her to call him. A couple of days later he gets a call from Alex, he answered some of my husband's questions and told him that HR will be reaching out to him. The following day, he received an email from Kira with W-4 Form and Shirepeat Agreement. The way the Agreement was written was another red flag. At the end my husband didn't signed the agreement or sent the W-4 or any of the other forms. The only thing they got was our address, my husband's email and phone number. I'm adding bellow the last email they sent to my husband.

I hope you are doing well. I’ve received and reviewed your Application for Employment and glad to inform you that your candidacy was approved for the position of Amazon Warehouse Coordinator.

Before we start you need to sign the Employment Agreement. Attention!!! I require only handwritten signature! Please read it very carefully and forward me the signed copy at your earliest convenience. Please, use the button Send File in the Messages Menu to upload the signed document to Online Panel there it will be reviewed by me.

You should download W-4 Form and I-9 Form , On the form, an employee must attest to his or her employment authorization. The employee must also present his or her employer with acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorization. The list of acceptable documents can be found on the last page of the form.

Shipreap contacted me and stated they say my resume on LinkedIn. Stated i would be a great fit for a position the have open. I have to up loan a w4 and I9 form alone with my soical and ID. I completed the task. I continue to do more research on the company and could fine this business information. They only had a website. I tried contacting the hiring person but no one will returned my emails or calls. [email protected]

First of all let me tell you a few words about the company.

ShipRepeat was started with one goal in mind; simplify the logistics process so Amazon sellers can focus on the parts of their business that make them money. We were frustrated with the different companies we had to deal with, lack of information available to new sellers, and overall shortage of transparency in the industry. We started out as a company that would pick up shipments and send them to FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) using discounted Amazon shipping rates, and have built an amazing team that has helped us evolve to where we are today.

So now we are still hiring people who love logistics and can bring customer service to the top level.

The main duties of Amazon Warehouse Coordinator are:

to receive incoming shipments from our clients

to inspect outer carton for damage or issues during shipping

to inspect the goods to ensure they are Amazon compliant, meaning they meet all of Amazon’s strict FBA requirements (are in good condition and not damaged)

to scan invoices or commercial slips

to upload invoices or commercial slips to our web-site (platform)

to generate outbound shipments according to FBA requirements

to print out the shipping label

to attach the printed shipping label to the shipping carton

to forward outbound shipments to Amazon Warehouse using FedEx logistic company

to update the outbound delivery document to show that the picking has been completed.

This part-time home-based position doesn’t require any monetary investments from you.

The payment rate is $21.00 for 3 processed packages.
