This company seems to be making false orders through Amazon, hanging onto the money for two weeks before refunding. I foolishly did not read the reviews and a great number of customers are having this experience. The Amazon portal was fraudulently updated with saying the package was shipped and delayed in transit, while UPS verified that the label was made and packaged never was shipped. The listed phone number goes straight to voicemail and people only respond via text, and offered up new shipping labels dated a week later with highly delayed shipping times. Amazon doesn't let you refund until it fails to arrive twice, holding uour money up for weeks.
