After-sales customer service refund

I purchased products from Soweway International Logistics and then contacted their customer service email address: [email protected]

What I didn't expect was that the customer service quickly resolved my refund request in less than a week. I felt very relaxed during the communication process.

Although the product is indeed unsatisfactory, the after-sales customer service will definitely solve your problem.

Câmara videovigilância encomenda online via meta/facebook date:29/08/2023 / LGB

Encomendei uma câmara Vigilância solar, visão noturna , câmara exterior ultra nítida sem eletricidade e sem cabo de rede Monitorização 4G sem ficha. Preço a pagar 85€.
Contra a receção do envio na minha porta, paguei 85 euros ao transportador logístico - empresa GLS com sede em Portugal que me comunicou o seguinte: "O seu pedido SD1693399565962 de HK SOMEWAY INTL.LOGISTICS CO.LTD com o N.º de seguimento GLS 856039448, já foi entregue.
Problema: O envio que recebi contém um artigo barato de iluminação a leds designado por "solar simulation camera small wall lamp 60w" .
Não contem o artigo encomendado pelo qual paguei ao transportador logístico - GLS a quantia de €85,00. Fiz reclamação no portal da GLS em 14/09/2023 solicitando devolução do envio e reembolso da importância paga.

Encargue un reloj contrareembolso de 60 euros. Citizan y llego una porquería de ni 5 euros. Hay que pagar, si no, no entregan, y en efectivo. Así pagas por lo que no sabes que es. Una ESTAFA. Y no encuentro donde hacer protesta

Garmin S62 - Facebook Advertisement

Purchased from an ad on Facebook a Garmin Approach S62. Received message the item was to be delivered on 29/8/22. Received a text and even a what's App message that it was going to be delivered and ensure that COD is ready. Was informed by a text that the package cannot be opened due to the confidentially clause with Ninja Van. When the package arrived, I insisted that I open it. One box had 6 cheap watches that even if you find them on the road, you will not even consider picking it up. The other box was some cheap smartphone that look like it was going to fall apart. I was fortunate not to fall prey to this scam and I am reporting here so that others will not be scammed by the confidential clause that packages cannot be open unless you pay for them.

I got a delivery today for what was supposed to be an Instax Mini 11. I ordered this via facebook advertisement for what was supposed to be Buy 1 Take 1 for the price of Php 1899. When I got the order today, I opened it and to my surprise, It's just a toy camera. Funny how the packaging says it is Instax Mini 11. But the box inside description is "Waterproof camera" that looks like something you can buy in Divisoria. And its a a toy camera. Disappointed
