Seller sells knock off merchandise which isn’t initially explained on site. Once you make purchase, even if you try to cancel, they want you to wait to receive order before trying to return and initiating refund. Very helpful until your order is delivered and then there is no response to refund requests and phone numbers given for support are no longer in service or disconnect after 1 ring.
