Viewed on facebook an ad for weight loss med. created by doctor in Toronto, and produced in Canada. Placed order and when receiving delivery of product, discovered it was from China. Felt unsure about using product, so e-mailed provider and explained I was returning intact, unused total product in original packaging and asking for 100% refund that was promised in the ad. The ad also claimed that if I used the 3 month supply and had no weight loss results, I was still eligible for a 100% refund. Provider offered refunds of 30%,40% and 50%, which I declined, as I had followed their instructions and shipped product back and reminded them that 100% refund was promised. Package was returned to me after 6 weeks, China postal stamp says "import prohibited". I e-mailed provider and explained, and was offered 50% refund. I have instructed provider I will take this offer, but am dissatisfied with treatment of customer.
