Blouse on sale for $39.99 under Talbots name. Ordered the blouse on July 17. Arrived at my house on Aug 1. It was not the blouse I ordered. The fabric I thought I was getting was 38% linen and 62% cotton. The fabric that arrived said 100% linen but in actuality it is polyester. The blouse I ordered had a pleat in the back. This one does not. I have been in contact with the company, [email protected], who said that if I want a refund, I have to pay $20 for postage or I could keep the blouse and they would give me a 15% coupon on my next order. They were not responsible for lost packages. I contacted Talbots and they said it was a company using their name. It was not them. I decided to keep the blouse since I do not trust them to give a refund since they said it would be over a month before it could be processed.

I want to warn others about this “Bait and Switch” scheme they have going.
