I have purchased a shoe rack online and never received the item. I was told that the package was delivered and signed for, and that was definitely not the case.. they did answer my email and offered a replacement so I agreed. They sent me the same tracking number for the first product. I never received the replacement. Finally after endless emails I was told that I would get my money back but it would take up to 15 to 20 days. I emailed them back and they’re telling me that the refund was not approved and they’re offering me another replacement and I do not want it. I feel like I’m being scammed and I have no way of getting my money back because it’s been well over 60 days now. The only reason why I didn’t report it is because I was trying to work with the company on this, but they have failed me on it.

I ordered and paid for a piece of luggage and never received it. I have sent many emails with a blanket response. I have attempted to track my product but don't read Chinese. I have requested a refund with no response.
