Advertised on Facebook. Purchased 2-in-1 steamer. Received receipt for my order, later noticed the payment info was not correct. After a month, hadn’t received order so reached out to “customer service”. Received email from “Maya” indicating that package was delayed by carrier and I should follow up if not received in 3 days. Gave it 2 weeks, emailed again, never received a response.

I ordered from this website and received an order confirmation but did not receive anything else. No shipping information. I reached out 3 times via email and made a complaint through the Shop app and have heard nothing. I did my own research and found that this company is fake and has scammed many people out of money

I bought a steamer online and never received the product. After a month I emailed for an update and someone responded and said wait 3-5 business days as the package was delayed. Well a few days later it says delivery attempted which it was not and I have not heard from customer service since. The phone number says they are unavailable.

I recently purchased a product from the company Serein hair, after several emails the company never sent the product. Also, after attempts at getting a refund the company said the company sent the product and can’t refund my money. I was not given a tracking number or further details on my purchase. All of the original information was on a site that the company recently shut down.
