Made a purchase through a Pinterest link and paid for insurance on the order. Got my confirmation, and it was moving on schedule based on international shipping. It says it was out for delivery on August 4, but have never received it. Sent inquiries to the shipping service and the vendor and have gotten no response.

I purchased some dresses through a pinterest ad. The order was $24.99 and then after shipping and "product insurance" it came out to $31.99. I never received a confirmation email and when I attempted to contact the email address listed on their website I got an alert saying the email address was not valid. Now I have to call my bank and dispute the charge.
