Unsolicited mail from Selecta General Services Corp pretending to be our mortgage lender, with call-to-action text like "Final Warning" or "Important Information" etc.

Calling them at (833) 408-1609, they try to sell you mortgage insurance. They intentionally are unclear that it is not required, and it is a sales call and NOT your lender.
