The garage door was poorly installed. The bracket to lift the garage broke, and I had no choice but pay another garage company to fix the door because it would not go down. Wires were cut to the sensors without my knowledge. I called the company that installed my garage repeatedly to fix these problems. No one responded to my complaints. Repeatedly, I asked to speak to a manager. The company would not give me a name.
