Claiming to be Macyhousestore and merchandise never received. The purchase was supposed to be a Nestle Chaise Lounge with Dual Cupholders and Charging Ports and a Human Dog Bed. I disputed the charges with Citibank; however, Citibank accepted the chargeback by accepting unverifiable confirmation of delivery documents. The documentation provided did not include the name of the carrier that made the delivery or signed documentation of the delivery.

Ordered 7 items from bigchiefofficial.com website using cryptocurrency of $113.50, and my order was cancelled as soon as they received payment. I contacted them to find out why my order was canceled, but they will not respond to my emails, which I found out is the only way to contact them.

I paid $1 to access my driving record and never even received the report. I was contacted by a customer service representative and they sent me a link that did not solve any problem. and then found I had been charged $28.95 for a monthly subscription that I did NOT sign up for. I did not receive any other further information or emails from them. They have just continued to charge my card unbeknownst to me

I went to Ruby carts online to make a purchase, was sent email confirming purchase then texted and asked to send payment through cash app to $00ceecee. They accepted the payment then sent me a tracking number to the shipping company XXpoGlobalDeliveryExpress who then emailed me asking for $150 to secure my shipment discreetly. At this point I realized I had been scammed. I asked the person representing Ruby Carts to refund my money and they denied. I then tried to file a dispute w cash app who has not been helpful at all and refuses to allow me to dispute the purchase under their policy of good not received so I can collect my $135 back. I have emails and screen shots of all messages back and fourth.

I have paid for some shoes online and they were supposed to be ship three days later and I never received a shipment this shipment still saying waiting to be shipped and it's been a month already and I still haven't received my order and they already took my money

I saw an ad for shoes. I browsed the website and purchased 6 pair of shoes. Haven't heard from them since, for tracking or anything beyond confirmation. Did some research and realized its a scam

This is a follow-up to ScamPulse.com complaint #21259312. The USA Camp Zone (https://usacampzone.com/pages/contact-us) website is a scam. They even show up on FaceBook, but reviewers said it is a scam website as well. I have e-mail interactions with the customer support e-mail address, but it seems to be a sophisticated AI chatbot. The contact phone # is not is NOT in service anymore. My CC transaction shows the company as "AUTOMATICTENT 8885137077 CAN". The SSL CA-signing authority is "R3, Let's Encrypt, US" but expires in 3-month spurts (which is quite suspect). You can reach me at ********************" and work phone # ************.

I went online and was shopping for a Stanley 40 ounce quencher cup for my granddaughter for Valentine’s Day. This is what happened to me. I got scammed by a place posing as Stanley outlets which doesn’t even exist.

The website that I purchased the FLAMINGO PINK 40OZ STANLEY QUENCHER H2.0 FLOWSTATE TUMBLER.

I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE THE SAME DAY FROM NUMBER 1 (213) 409-7467 That said….. thanks for your purchase from Stanley outlet and a link to Stanley outlet.org which I thought would be my tracking information but when I clicked on it, it took me to a page that said “something went wrong” “ What happened” “This store is unavailable “ “what can I do?” Return to previous page

I have disputed this with my bank and fortunately I took screenshots of the website my order my confirmation number when I place the order everything which I’ve given to the bank.

I certainly hope they catch these scammers. I work hard for my money!

I ordered two screen protectors for my iPhone off of a Facebook AD. Both items are detective. When I tried to get a replace Kent or refund, they said I needed to pay for return shipping, which was more than the item. So I should just keep them and lose the money. This is a scam.

Order a heater core for my Volkswagen on their website and they sent me a damaged used part when I tried to contact them none of the information they provided was theirs … they claimed to be quickparts partner so I asked quickparts and the agent told me he doesn’t recognize that business i called the phone number they provided with the purchase and he said they moved out somewhere else …

I placed an order on 11/10/2023. The website does state it can take 2/3 weeks to ship. It has been beyond that amount of time. I reached out via email to the company numerous times, and they never responded to my email. They do have an option to chat which I utilized. The person assured me it was shipping soon and was very unprofessional with their responses in our our chat. The first time I attempted to "chat" with them was January 5th 2024 and got no response. The second time I tried to chat was January 9th 2024 and someone finally responded to me for the first time since I have been trying to contact this company. I asked for an ETA and they said "next week". I asked if I would get a shipping confirmation when it ships and they told me I would which I never did. Of course I have not received any communication with them since that day. I have tried to chat with them the last 2 days and still no response. There is no phone number to contact anyone on their website either. I did request a phone number but the person I chatted with didn't respond to that question. I have all the communication with them saved if proof is necessary. My oder on the website says confirmed awaiting shipment which is what it has said for the last few months.

https://achristmasstorygift.com/ offered an autographed photo for $10....ordered one but never received....cannot get replies to messages now....was given excuses previously when I contacted them. Ordered November 8, 2023 and have not received what I ordered.

This website claims to be an authorized retailer for many marine brands. The company does not exist. The address listed is a storage unit that is completely empty. The phone number used leads to an answering service and no one calls you back. The email address listed goes unanswered. Any order placed on their website is not fulfilled, as you will see on their numerous 1 star Google reviews for this very issue.

I was looking on google for the Pottery Barn Handcrafted Brass Merry Reindeer 3piece set. It came up on several websites including a store called Umart / Umartz.com. The item appeared identical to the one at Pottery Barn but bronze instead of brass and cheaper at $84. I had never herd of Umart before so I started investigating and couldn't find anything negative on-line about it. I made the mistake of not trusting my instincts and better judgment and moved forward with the purchase. After I bought it, the website stated it was purchased and showed a receipt, however I never received a confirmation email receipt with a tracking #. A couple days later I still haven't received an email with a confirmation # and tracking #, so I go ahead and send an email to Umart through their customer service tab. I first tried the phone number, which connects to a recording basically stating that this number isn't active. Now Im feeling like I've been scammed! To my surprise a few days later I received a tracking number and link through the Shop app. It links to Ups and stated my package is on the way and would be delivered on the 13th. The 13th goes by and no package! The link states its at my local post office and will be delivered by them. However still no new delivery date. Today the 16th it finally said package delivered. I look outside my front and garage doors and find nothing. So I go to my mailbox and inside is a Ups Express envelope with my name. Fist Im thinking, this can't be right, Im expecting a large package!! I open the envelope and its EMPTY!! I know I shouldn't have been shocked at this point, because there were clearly signs of a scam all along the way. I guess I just held out hope to the end that it was legit!! Im usually very cautious and carefully investigate any place I use my money, but I got suckered in by the cheaper price and availability! So to sum up and reiterate Umartz.com / Umart, is a complete SCAM!! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDERED ITEMS!! BUYERS BEWARE!

Purchased shoes online 3 pair and received confirmation number the tracking number was provided by the email that was on the contact us page for the website, [email protected]. 17track.net stated my package was delivered and I did not receive anything

I purchased a dog toy from an ad on facebook from the company Arhdcompuly. I purchased the item on 12/6/23 and never received it. I've attempted to email them several times, which recommended that I check the tracking number (that resulted in an error), or use their chat system to talk to someone directly (also came up as an error). Also, when I purchased the item, I received one email confirming the final total to be $22.30. I received another email from them that day saying that I was charged $26.76. I was never able to get clarification on which total I should be looking out for. I just checked my bank account and they'd taken out the $26.76 on 12/6/23 and another .80 cents that same day without any explanation or notification.

Looking for that special bottle of alcohol to try out. Came across this site. Noticed something was wrong, after my payment processed. The Name on the account that got the money was A&y Medical services. Which doesn’t make sense for a Alcohol seller, it seemed. So I started doing more research with the website and email address listed, red flags were popping up everywhere, stating that the email that was used was apart of serval other scams. So I thought I would do me due diligence and report this issue/ scam.
