Hello

I ordered a shirt and glass cup online through Sayitwithatea in December 2025. I paid with my debit card for order. It is March and I still have not received my order. I emailed them at end of January and they said my order was printed and shipping label was created. USPS cancelled label as they never received order. I tried to email this company again for status, but they stopped responding to my emails.

I placed an order in early January 2025 for two sweatshirts and a T-shirt that were also supposed to come with a free glass as well. A few weeks after my order I received an email saying that they were still working on my order but I would receive it within 2-3 weeks. After that I received no further update and messages to their social media account, comments tagging the account and emails requesting an update were ignored with no reply other than automated messages. It’s been 8 months and I have yet to receive my order or a response from the company.

Ordered two t-shirts. Was told they were “backed up”. Have received multiple messages saying the post office has received my package with the same tracking number, but no movement in the package in over a week. Also, tracking states the package was received before the shipping label was printed? Seems very fishy and the company is no longer responding sing to my messages.
