The scammer had a webinar with about eight people, including myself via a video for about an hour and 20 minutes discussing how we will be travel consultants. When the webinar was ending, Jacob sent a link for everyone to pay an amount to receive a certificate. I did not have the amount in my bank account so I took a chance, knowing that I would fix it in my bank. The next day I shared this experience with my uncle. He looked up the name, and immediately told me to do more research. I found more people had the same experience which prompted me to take action, so I reached out to the travel agency that they hide behind which is called travel, agent Institute. I am mediately made contact with them, and told them that I wanted a refund, because when I went into the app, they had me sign up, for I could not delete my debit card, which was very peculiar. They did not want to refund me my money, so I took action telling them if they did not, they would be serious consequences because I did not just do this for myself, but for the other victims. I did not even receive my certificate, which was supposed to be available after finishing the required test, which I passed and have documentation of. They are telling people that they will make all this money to reel them in to pay the fee and to not be able to delete their credit card information. They are hiding behind this travel agency company so that you cannot realize what’s going on and they send you all of these links to take test so it seems legit. There is no information to be able to reach out to them. You have to literally do your own research and Google to get their attention.

Jacob Sark, held a zoom webinar where a couple hundred people attended being told they can make thousands of dollars as a travel consultant. After 2 hours of what was supposed to be an interview he said we would have to pay for a certificate to be employed. This had to paid right then. Then we would be billed monthly for the use of the CRM. I asked him numerous times for the name of the company and his last name, he refused to to provide it. I did how find it on the link for the certificate, then googled the company and found it was a scam. I am glad I did not pay. But many people did. Many of those people were senior citizens.
