SAR & Associates has been calling me for over 6 months. It has now crossed into harassment. They are calling my job, my mother, and husband. I have contacted them back asking SEVERAL times to stop. They cuss at me. I asked if I could have address, she stated "ask all day long you wont get it". My mother called them and they told him I was disgraceful and pathetic that i couldn't pay my bills HA!!. I have no collections. This only ramped the calls up. I have blocked hundreds of their numbers. I contacted the attorney generals office also AND they have my social security number somehow. I have lifelock and locked my credit reports

A lady by the name if Tracy Kennedy from SAR & associates calls several times per day saying they have multiple infractions under my name and I need to call immediately. They've harassed my ex-moi and mostly everyone in my family multiple times daily as well as myself. I block the numbers but they just call from different local numbers. I've called the 833-932-2531 that they claim I need to call and some man answered and said, "we're closed, call tomorrow" and hung up. I believe this a total scam!

I'm having the same experience as everyone listed here. She just called me again... twice within a 15 minute period. It's a robot call that connects you first, then the lady actually gets on the phone. Why don't scammers get a real job? BBB needs to shut this down. If she keeps calling, I'm turning them in to the State Police.

Keeps calling me claiming to be tracy Kennedy. Calls me from a 334 number but call back number is a 888 number. When I call the 88 number it just rings. Please do something about this or I will. They calls me everyday with the same message but from different numbers. Why are they harassing me like this. I don't have money to give away for free especially not to no scammers.

I returned the call just for fun, since I knew by the content of the message it was likely a scam. The woman who answered the phone claimed to be recording the call and I told her I was recording it as well (I wasn’t). She said she was calling regarding an unpaid payday loan from Get Cash Now. She started saying some about York County, with not state mentioned and Freedom Federal Credit (she left off Union at the end, the actual full name of a bank I USED to use. I told her I had never had a payday loan and she started becoming aggressive in the way she spoke. I started saying FRAUD as loudly as I could and hung up on her.

I have received multiple messages daily for the past few months saying "Hello, this message is solely for (they have said ******* and ***** most of the time...not my actual name) my name is Tracy Kennedy I'm with the offices of SAR and Associates. I originally reported this scam last week under an incorrect company, which has the real fraudulent company is SAR & Associates, and not AR & Associates( the caller’s voicemail message cut off the S).

However, this rude female called, again, today, June 21, 2021, with the same bogus scam! I need for the BBB, and other federal agencies to do something! I’m tired of getting these calls from local numbing my state, yet, they want you to call (888) 594-2764, which I refuse to call!

I’ve seen other comments from people with the same issues I’m having. I’ve blocked the number, but I get calls from different numbers. I even hate the fact that these [censored] have my phone number!

Please BBB, do something!

Between SAR and Associates and the the supposed “extend your car warranty” calls I get daily, I don’t know where to turn anymore. I block all numbers and they call using different ones. We just bought a house, which likely wouldn’t have been able to happen if I had this giant outstanding debt. And my current car is paid off, therefore no warranty. Not to mention, they call from the state I used to live in, not where we currently live and the car was purchased. I am on all Do Not Call lists, which seem to do nothing. I am at my wits end with these people, especially since they’re not fooling anyone. They’re clearly scam artists.

Somebody by the name of Tracy Kennedy keeps calling, Says she is calling for SAR & Associates, about infractions under my name and social security number. She uses my name. Says to call her immediately at this number 888-594-2764 or further actions will be required. I get this calls 4 or more times a week, I blocked there call number 406-359-8563, but their calls are still coming through. I have not received a hard copy for anything from these people.

Thank you for this, I too keep receiving calls from this woman. My question is, if there are “multiple infractions “, as she says, under my Social security number, then why have I not receive anything from anyone else? No past due bill notices, I cleaned up most of my credit years ago and haven’t incurred further debt since.

She is a representative from the better business bureau? Phone calls are always followed with written correspondence no?

I received a call from a Tracy Kennedy from SAR & Associates both at my home number and my work number. She said she was calling as they were retained to handle multiple infractions under my name and social. They asked that I return a call to 888-594-2764; however, the caller ID shows a number of 814-913-7272. When I returned a call to the 888 number, I received a voice mail for a Steven Brown. When calling back the 814 number I receive an answering machine for a number of 716-317-9918. Who are these people????

Same here! They have called me everyday since last week 7/8/21. They leave that same exact voicemail everytime. I called back 4 times it just rings and states it's the voicemail of Steven Brown. I finally called back yesterday after the phone rung 9 times a lady answered and said it was for a payday loan called Speedy Cash back in 2013. I said that's a lie! I hung up Googled Speedy Cash to let them know someone is using their company name so she said they had received 21 calls in one week stating the same thing and that it's a scam. They call all the way up til after 9pm at night appearing to be local numbers. This needs to stop!

A call came in on my personal mobile phone on May 14, 2021 at 8:29 a.m. My telephone call history displays a local number: 425-202-6626. The caller left a voice message. The caller identifies herself as "Tracy Kennedy", saying she has been “retained by SAR & Associates” for the purpose of investigating “A****** Wyatt” regarding "numerous infractions" linked to his name and social security number; she asks for a callback to an 800 number: 888-594-2764.

This is the first time I have received a call from “SAR & Associates” but it is not the first time I have received a call for “A****** Wyatt”. This person is unknown to me but over a 20+ year period, and perhaps three, consecutive, personal phone numbers, I have received many calls for him. Some of the callers left a voice message but some I spoke to; most appeared to be from credit agencies but one woman, many years ago, appeared to be a distraught, former girlfriend. When speaking with these callers I always informed them they had a wrong number, that I knew nothing of “A****** Wyatt”. A long time ago I complained to the phone company about these calls but nothing was resolved. It appears to me that Mr. Wyatt, if he exists, got into some trouble many years ago and is on numerous lists, some legitimate, some not. Obviously, the most recent call from “Tracy Kennedy” of “SAR & Associates” is a scam, but the perpetrator got the name “A****** Wyatt” from some old file record that has played a role in all the previous calls I have received over the years.
