A woman with an accent claiming to be from Saint John Hospital and reaching out regarding a "buisness matter". I have never gone to a Saint John Hospital before. Didn't leave her name, but left a reference number. The call came from phone number (844) 764-5501.

Sounded like multiple people were talking in the background, saying something similar to what she was.
