Saw an ad for coffee on Instagram. Bought a bag. Had no idea I signed up for a renewing subscription. They charged me 2 times and sent two more bags of coffee. When I followed the steps to cancel it, they made it very difficult to get there. Then at the very end after clicking cancel 17 times. They stall out the page and make you refresh. Start all over again. They do not allow people to cancel. I had to call my bank to forever refuse payments from the name of the company just to get them to stop.

Ryze offers a one-time purchase, yet then the next month they bill you for a recurring membership. Even after confirming within their website that it was only a one-time purchase, and receiving an email confirmation from their support/contact that there will be no future charges/subscription, they continue to charge monthly in advance and ship their product. Ultimately, Ryze is then holding the customer responsible for paying for a product that they’ve shipped, but the customer never requested. And regardless of what the former customer does, Ryze continues to ship and require payment for future unrequested, unwanted products.
