Ordered 8 capris for 29.99 after I saw an ad on TikTok and said delivered a month later wasn't delivered then they said they redelivered and it said delivered and it wasn't. I asked for full refund over a month ago. I have all correspondence.

Ordered 4 pairs of capri pants on 2/25/26. They claim they were delivered a few weeks later, they weren't. Claim they sent out another order and 2 weeks later they claim they were delivered they weren't. They offered 70% refund I said I wanted 100% refund. They said it would come 15-25 days it has been 38 days today still no refund. They are a scam company and should be shut down.

Order # 260227075639926. 8 pairs of Women's Capris. Track678 shipping # C2S890458385CN-$31.99. Order # 26022107174818. Track678 shipping # C2S890446924CN-$31.99. Only after I was deceived by their shipping partner, I found out Ryxra and Track678 are both scams. I lost $31.99 X 2 = $63.98
