I bought the ryoko wifi box for my husband and he used it for maybe a month or so and then it stopped working. My husband went to their how to fix link and it didn't help so I called them to get a refund and they declined it. A week or 2 ago a lady from their company called me to see if I got it working I said no and that I wanted to cancel my subscription she said ok and canceled it then on Sunday March 2 2025 they took money out of my account so I emailed their customer support and had them cancel it and I asked for my refund and even though I have told them by phone and email and sent them a picture of what the screen on the box says by the way they want a video of what it says but for some reason their email won't except the video. Today I had them cancel it but they won't refund my money

Ordered wifi objects. Upon receipt, I noticed what appeared to be Chinese in the receipt. I immediately canceled the order per their website where it said cancellations within 24 hours would be fully refunded. They have refused to do so. I immediately disputed this as well called my credit company to dispute the charge. See below for one of my emails:
REQUEST IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THIS ORDER.
• Per your website: Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a full refund.
In that this request is within 1 hour, please send a receipt showing the cancellation. I have notified my credit card of such.
I have several emails where "Lucy" continues to tell me the order has been placed and cannot be cancelled for a full refund. I also sent a complaint to their support department: Ryoko - Support at this email address [email protected]
