I ordered a few items at a discount. Used CC shipping info was extremely vague and was in transit for over 30 days. No courier was mentioned package said it was delivered. It was never delivered. I reached out by email. They said they would resend the package for free and it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days, but the courier stated that it was delivered and would not issue a refund
