Ordered Hey Dude shoes (4 pairs) from a ad on Pinterest from a company called Rustrule. I paid got a tracking number and waited. I was told the order was delivered but it never was. So I reached out to customer service. They said they would send the order again. Never came again. So I emailed and asked for a refund. They said they would only be able to do a 70% refund. I said that is unacceptable, I wanted a full refund. They okayed it and I waited again. Still no refund. I contacted them again and they said they would send it again.

I ordered Hey Dude shoes from a Pinterest ad by the name of Rustrule.com. I ordered 8 pairs of shoes which came out to $65.00. I contacted the company when the logistics company showed delivered. This was after a month of waiting. They tried to resolve the issue with another order. I got the notification it was delivered as well. I did not receive it either. I wrote an email to them this morning and asked for a claim to be placed on my order. They responded with they do not refund even if you have not received your order. Please, do not order from them. It's a scam!
