I booked my wedding event for November 12, 2027 and was paying monthly payments of $550 a month starting from October 2025 along with 2 more large payments in between of $1000 which was agreed upon signing when I received my taxes and an extra $1500 for extra services like food, drinks and an extra hour of service. The owner never got back to my emails after being exposed of fraud and now she is closing business for good without offering a refund for future services that were never provided. Per her closing is a breach of contract and she has not responded to emails regarding refunds.

Booked my wedding venue 02/2024, to later find out they lost the location of my venue due to failing to provide the city with the correct permits for a venue hall. Closed down in November 2025 continues taking my payments knowing they no longer had the venue until I reached out in June 2026 asking what was happening because of leaked news and they finally told me but took my money knowing they no longer had the venue. Relocated me to a partnership venue whom that venue had no contact with them for months per the owner, and cancelled my event two weeks before no refunds no remorse after paying 15,000$.
