Placed an order on 7/31/26. Received confirmation of order with order number and expected delivery in 6-9 business days. Attempted to track order on 8/15/2026 website said could not find order. Tried to call the number provided but it says "the wireless caller is unavailable" so I messaged them and was told they would respond in 1-2 business days. Today 8/27/2026 I tried calling again and got the same message. So I sent another message regarding my delivery. Will be disputing with my bank.

We ordered 2 portable AC units and we never got any tracking info. When you email the company you get the same BS auto reply about delays due to order volume. It says "Orders typically arrive within 6-9 business days of being placed, and yours is moving through that process now." But I got that reply a month after ordering, and two weeks after I emailed asking for an update.

I ordered an orthopedic neck pillow over 5 weeks ago and never received it. I called them several times but got an automated message saying that they are unavailable. I emailed them several times with no response.
