The fraudulent bookish website and company "Ruined by Fiction" has had an overall horrific track record of lying about roadblocks and delays for over a year in order to hold people's money hostage long past the period when charge backs can be attempted. Customer service is near non existent. Fulfilled order examples are few and far between. The company owner clearly has no intention of ever fulfilling the current back stock of orders, especially since she is taking new orders at the current moment in time.
