I attempted to purchase a rug online as a gift. I was assured that it would arrive in ample time before the holiday. I went through PayPal as a means to pay for the item and receive the receipt via email. I waited a week or so and checked to see if there was any update and it said there is no tracking or data whatsoever for the specific order number.. I want to head and reached out to the customer service email asking if they could provide me with any update. They gave me the runaround stating that it took a certain period of time to get the item creative and shipped out completely neglecting the time windows in which they promised Christmas deliveries would be there by. It's been weeks and multiple emails since and no response.

I ordered two rugs from rugwix.com on 10/13. When I search for my order on their site it says my order is not found. When I contact them via their email they say the order is being processed and will not cancel the order. Per their site I can request a cancellation or if I have not received the product in 20 days from ordering request a full refund. They either do not respond or refuse to refund or cancel the order.
