Ruckus Ball popped within five minutes after long shipping delay
Once the ball finally arrived, I assembled it and let my dog play with it. Within less than five minutes, my dog was able to puncture and pop it. Based on how the product was marketed, I expected it to hold up much better than it did.
I contacted RuckusUSA and requested either a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately, they refused to provide either option. In my opinion, the product did not perform as advertised, and the company did not stand behind what they sold.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially after the long shipping delay and the cost of the item. In my experience, a regular balloon would have lasted longer. I would caution other buyers to be very careful before purchasing from RuckusUSA.
