Report

On October 5, 2026, I placed an online order for a sweater at a company called Ruby and Rose. I purchased it from their online website. I never received the item, in spite of ongoing emails requesting status updates. They have not supplied any information about an ETA or status. This appears to be a scam to obtain credit card information, which is fraud.
