Got a call from Emily at RSVP on October 25. Said she had papers for 2 claims for bad check and fraud. So she set up payments of $218.14 X 8 so I could pay and get it cleared up, totaling $850. The she said it was for a loan I failed to pay with RSVP , which I really thought I had paid. I really should have checked but she said I had to pay that day or else they would serve me the papers. So I set up the payments. I still owe 2 more payments.
