I CONTACTED THESE PEOPLE ON TIK TOK. THEY WERE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL AT FIRST WHILE WAITING FOR THE TRANSFER. AFTER THAT THEY LET ME KNOW IN CALLS THAT IT HAD BEEN A ROBBERY. I REPORTED IT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. THEY TRANSFERRED IT TO ZELLE, WHICH HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING SINCE NOVEMBER AND THE THIEVES CONTINUE TO SCAM US. THIS PERSON EXISTS AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS AND MY BANK SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ME IN TURN SINCE THEY ARE MY INSTITUTION AND IT IS THROUGH THEM THAT I USE ZELLE. I REPORTED TO TIK TOK. THEY TELL ME THAT THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND THEY CONTINUE TO STEALING. THIS ZELLE PERSON IS LAPONDA ANDREWA AND HIS FIANCE BRANDEL PHONES NUMBER USED BY THEM IS 267-728-1131 AND 706-361-8621. I HOPE REGIONS AND ZELLE TAKE RESPONSABILITY ON MY MATTER.
