Booked cruise on Royal Caribbean through St. Mary Cruises with drink packages and gratuities for July 24th, 2025. Once onboard the ship I was informed that the drink packages were not processed by Dan Martin. I was instructed to purchase two additional drink packages onboard the ship. For six months I have been promised a full refund by St. Mary Cruises. No refund has been received after countless lies and possible fraud.
