I had several conversations with someone named "Ibrahim Royal" who claimed to have developed fragrances for Tom Ford. He said he would create my initial fragrances for no charge. He said, "once we had chosen the final fragrance, we would schedule a meeting and discuss pricing. He claimed to have partnerships with a packaging company ABA Packaging and he would be able to broker a deal that would allow me to purchase the supplies I need at a minimal cost and with minimal quantity.

I requested samples to present to potential clients, stores and investors. He requested me to forward a payment to his distributor to purchase raw materials for the samples and would courier the samples to me within a week. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and his phone is off, the phone at the so called company has no voicemail. They don't call back and have lied several times to say they would call me. They claimed the samples were picked up by courier over a week ago and would be delivered. I have not received any samples. I have lost the stores respect and they've pulled their interest. The investors have backed out and I'm left with packaging and a list of clients without samples. I am out of a small amount of cash, but potentially a lot of revenue. They also tried to charge me for delivery of the initial samples. I contacted the courier company and informed them that the sender (Royal Aroma) was supposed to pay the delivery charge. Of course, Ibrahim claimed his company had paid the charges already and I shouldn't worry about it (This is the 2nd charge from the courier).

I found them on Facebook and realized they cheated someone else out of $11,000.00.

I want my money back and for them to be shut down and made to pay EVERYONE they've scammed!

This is his usual scam. Be aware Rockefeller Center address is just a mail forwarding place. His only facility is an 8X10’ room at 860 E 136th st in the Bronx. He is a horrible little man who enjoys messing up peoples businesses and lives.
