I received the product in the mail. When it was installed (while still under warranty) it never turned on. I was fine getting a new unit but they were incredibly slow to respond to my emails. Then when I asked for a refund, they shut down completely. I've emailed them 10+ times in the last few weeks with no response. Now I'm out $2000 and have to have the whole system paid to be replaced.
