I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding academic misconduct involving one of your students. It has come to our attention that the student has been engaging in unethical behavior by outsourcing assignments and exams to third parties in exchange for monetary compensation. This flagrant violation of academic integrity not only undermines the principles of fair competition but also creates an unjust environment for fellow students.At some point the student gave out the logins details to the 3rd parties to use VPN to do online exams and assignments. Further investigations can be done to verify these allegations by doing login IP location analysis during submission of assignments and exams . You will find out that the student was allowing someone to login from different locations outside the USA to do the exams .
This reprehensible conduct has persisted over a considerable period, despite our efforts to address the issue directly with the student. Regrettably, these attempts have been met with indifference, necessitating formal intervention by the integrity committee. We possess incontrovertible evidence in the form of conversations with third parties, payment receipts, and copies of submitted assignments and exams.
We stand ready to fully cooperate with the integrity committee by providing all relevant evidence and disclosing the identities of involved parties. Given the severity and persistence of the students actions, we urge you to initiate a thorough investigation and summon the student to appear before the integrity committee without delay.
Furthermore, we advocate for the revocation of all academic credentials conferred upon the student, along with the imposition of appropriate disciplinary measures. It is imperative that decisive action be taken to uphold the integrity of our academic community and deter similar transgressions in the future.
